Are you shipping internationally?
Yes, we provide shipping services to all Gulf States, including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.
How can I change the size in length or show?
After selecting the exact size of your size, the changes in the notes section must be written before the request is sent. In the event of any changes after the request has been sent, we must communicate with us via satellite or install to speak directly.
Return:
How do I get it back in case there's a problem?
After making sure there's a problem in fabric, sewing or design, you have to retrieve the goods the way you received them, and send them to us at the address we're sending you.
What is your international return policy?
The international retrieval policy is similar to the local retrieval policy, and there's no difference between them.
Before retrieval, it must be ascertained that the request took no longer than the three-day period required.
Payment:
Is the goods sent before the payment was made - the request upon receipt?
We do not have the option to pay upon receipt.
Where can you get a bank account to transfer the amount and complete the payment?
After selecting the product, completing your personal data and sending the request, the bank accounts will be sent to your e-mail. Bank statements cannot be posted on the site directly in order to maintain the safety of transferring the funds to the right account.

Delivery fees:
Do you retrieve the delivery fee if you return something?
Delivery fees are different from commodity fees and will not be recovered. However, if the request is returned because of a problem, the problem will be reformed and sent back to you without any charges, and we will be responsible for the delivery fee.
